Black Friday is coming up on November 24. As a result, thousands of retail stores across the country are giving consumers unlimited discounts on several products and services. Most retail stores may think their customers prefer to shop online, but research shows consumers spend 6 times more in-store than online. In fact, 40 percent of consumers make a purchase inside a physical store weekly compared to the 27 percent that shops online weekly. It is for this reason I wanted to see if you would be interested in publishing a visual resource by Rutgers University that highlights the importance of brick and mortar stores and how having direct contact with consumers and products can lead to more sales, fewer returns and increase repeat customers.
